Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent policy for all players participating in our official Bandai TCG Plus and Play! Pokémon events. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing your event ticket.

All Event Ticket Sales Are Final

All event registrations and ticket purchases are considered final. By purchasing a ticket, you are reserving a limited seat in the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • 3 or more days before the event: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund minus a 15% processing and administrative fee.

  • Within 24 hours of the event: You will receive 50% of your entry fee as store credit valid toward a future event.

  • No-shows: Players who do not attend their registered event without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit.

Event Credit

Any store credit issued must be used toward a future event and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.
