Yes. A Pokémon Trainer Club account (for Play! Pokémon events) or a Bandai TCG account (for Bandai-sanctioned events) is required to participate in official tournaments and to earn any applicable rankings or points.

Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in and receive event instructions.

Late arrivals may receive a round loss or may not be allowed to participate, depending on when the tournament has started.

Refunds and credits are handled according to our Event Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy before purchasing your ticket.

For standard tournaments, yes. For Prerelease events, you will build your deck from the Build & Battle Kit provided.

Absolutely! We host events for all skill levels, from new players to competitive Trainers.

Event duration depends on attendance and tournament format, but most events run between 2–4 hours.

Yes. Seating is limited, and events may sell out. We recommend securing your spot early.

Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, especially for younger players. Please be mindful of tournament space and player focus.
